Only a small amount needed to spread where itching is, either from a bite or psoriasis, I have had both, so am impressed how quickly this cream helps quickly. Leaflet is true read it and use as guided I did and do. An itchy rash I got on my arm, from what I really don't know. Had tried various other creams to no avail.
