Clean Your Heads
Please don't rush to buy a new printer when you can clean heads with these cartridges which fit in exactly the same way as a print cartridge. Simply keep repeating the procedure until, when you replace the colour cartridge, the results are back to normal. They worked

Cleaned Heads
After months of trying to get all colours printing,i gave the printer a good flush through (printed several pages of each colour ) and left over night with cleaning cartridges in, next day printed a few more pages with cleaner cartridges in before replacing colour cartridges, printed a few more pages of each colour, printer now as good as new.
