This internal extension speaker sounder is an ideal addition to any wired intruder alarm system. Once installed the unit will make the entry and exit tones of your system louder and clearer and in the event of an alarm will double as an internal siren (depending on the output of your panel) the extension speaker has a maximum sound output of 96db @ 1 Meter. Constructed of ABS plastic with a Mylar 16 ohm speaker with presoldered leads and connecting block for easy connection. Suitable for use on most wired intruder alarm systems including ADE, Honeywell, Texecom, Scantronic, Pyronix, Gardtec, Eurosec and many more but if you are unsure if it will fot your exisiting system just ask and we will confirm it for you. Alarm siren
Happy for what it is and does the job made my inside standard g3 bell louder inside home i can hear clearly now the standard was no internal speaker but one built into keypad but now its LOUD I DONT HAVE TO LIFT MY LETTER BOX TO HEAR WHEATER IT HAS SET BUT CAN HEAR NORMALLY NOW OUTSIDE MY FRONT DOOR WHEN SET.

As loud as the original internal sounder, simple to mount and good quality. Installed it in the porch as an extension sounder so can hear when the alarm is set/unset using the porch rather than front door. Run of 2 spare cores from the nearest wired PIR sensor.

Does the job but the profile could be more slimmer and not so chunky.
This product does exactly what it is supposed to however the quality overall is poor on the inside as the speaker doesn't look secure as held on the front plate by a bit of melted plastic so easily broken if not careful.
