Outstanding Function & Quality
Having looked at a few similar models (some cheaper and some more expensive) I finally settled on this one. I am so happy I did, it is extremely poweful with a fantastic heat output. The build quality is equally as pleasing, this is not the type of fan heater that will break down after a few uses - like some I have had in the past. A solid unit but potentially capable of much better things.
I am not suggesting all the models are like this, but the one I had looked solid and I was hoping it would heat my garage. Unfortunately, the heat generated was less than a hair dryer and less than a £ 10.00 2kw heater purchased from LIDL. The thermostat was probably faulty as on full, after an hour or so, if you clicked it back, the thermostat was no clicking (kicking in) at a much less temperature so it was not going to reach 3kw max temp no matter how long it was left on for. looks the part
I was most disappointed with this product which I bought to use on a job, as a decorator I thought it would be ideal to use after I had sprayed the roof of a 20ft container in side to help dry it imagine my embarrassment when after turning it on closing the doors leaving it to run for an hour at full power it made little difference and I could put my bare hand on the front the front grill gives out very little heat . made me look a right **** in front of my clientVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
