Easy to take.
I have been using Better You D1000 vitimin D spray for about three years. Obviously this has no scientific base, but I did sense an improvement in mood when I started taking it. At the time, Oral spray was widely touted as the most effective way to take it as I recall, it is easy to take in this form, and the minty taste is pleasant. I think it warrants five stars, although not sure about Ebay's definition of five stars - wouldn't say I am 'amazed', but I am perfectly satisfied with the product.
