It's a big zipped bag that keeps well. Good value as long as you're not eating more than you would have or wasting it. 1 spotty banana, 1 tbsp of oil/melted butter, 1 cup of oats, 1-2 tbsp of cranberries, salt/syrup to taste. Mash banana. Mix. Rest. Form discs. Bake 180°C for 15mins or til golden. Yum
