Did what it should
I run older cars by choice, using this flush oil seemed to work well, in that after running the engine with this in (did not drive with it in) for 30 mins at various revs, on draining the flush oil was very black, so it must have absorbed crud from the internals, some fine gritty deposits ended up in my drain pan too.
