It gives me a boost
I only take 3 after dinner, but I notice a difference. I tried it on an empty stomach as frequently recommended, but I like it after dinner. I have more energy, and it adds to my sexual vitality. I am 67, and take this in addition to Fo ti, which I take on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. I think they are a good combination.
