    good quality grass seed

    we sowed the seed for our new lawn on 6th September and it is growing well having been well watered in with tap water plus plenty of rain! Thankfully, the sun has done its work and we are hopeful for a good tough lawn for grandchildren to play on. So far it is looking good.

    Excellent product.

    Excellent grass seed with a good colour. Recomended 35 gms per square metre for over seeding, but actually took nearer 50 gms to do a good job. I had to purchase another bag, but not a real problem as a good price. I now have a thick lush green lawn, so very pleased. Don't forget, you need to water very well in this hot weather.

    Revitalised lawn

    Used it to overseed and also fix bare patches in the lawn where the grass had died off. The lawn has started to thicken up nicely with these seeds. With the bare patches now grass. I didn’t order enough to do the whole lawn as I wanted to concentrate on the terrible parts of the lawn first, now that’s sorted after winter I’ll order enough for the whole lawn and overseed after a round of scarifying To get the lawn where I’d like it.

    Brought back to new

    Restored a dead lawn back to life. We thought we would have to dig it up and relay turf. Scarified it first then gave it a couple if weeks. Spread the seeds then put home made compost on top. Within a few weeks lawn better than ever.

    Perfect

    Rotavate the lawn first time in my life, leveled it and used seeds to grow grass. Amazing results after 7 days. Grass is growing strong. Remember to water it religiously. Soil temp has to be +15 and above for seeds to germinate in moisture otherwise they might die or go in dormant stage. Perfect time imo is mid to end of September. Didn't even used fertiliser on clay soil
