The Best of Best Mobil Tool Chest
The Fatmax is a must-have item in every Mans and Womans garage, it can hold several hand-operated tools in the bottom and many types of nuts and bolts in the mid storage area as well as all those little odds and ends we have no idea where to put and end up in the kitchen drawer LOL. The top has another compartment for storage of perhaps your set of drill bits, screwdrivers set and any other sets you may have that can be added to this part of the storage. Then on top of that a hand tray to place items in when you are working on a project, that is if you tend to keep it nut and bolt free all the time. Then you add the additional factor that it expands outward to allow you to pick and chose tools while you're working on your car or various other projects. I use it to store my Airbrush equipment in, I place the compressor in the bottom of the FatMax and place two fans in it and several output vents on the sides to allow for excellent cooling and ventilation of the Compressor. then in the middle, I keep all my stencils along with air hoses and at the very top I put all the paints I am using for the project I am working on, in the handheld tray all my Iwata airbrushes that I have that will be connected to the 12 brush manifold and regulatory system which I set perfectly on the top of the FatMax Tool chest with the handle holding it in place!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good for the money spent.
Definitely wasn't 17 inches deep as stated... More like 15. It it was, my tool set would've fit in the bottom bin but it didn't. I'll find other tools to store in it. It's good for a do-it-yourselfer. Definitely not industrial grade but I'm still satisfied with it. It is about 28.5 inches tall and about 22 wide but they didn't measure the depth correctly. Great transportable box for all your tools!
I bought this to consolidate all my socket and socket related tools into one spot, including impact wrenches. The only thing that would not fit was the 24" 3/8" extension, but, I didn't expect it to, and I rarely use it anyway.With the removable dividers in the center drawers out, I can fit all the Hex Key impact sockets and smaller 1/4" impact bit within each drawer divider.
