A worthwhile purchase from a prompt vendor.
In design, it is similar to an Atlas hand-crank pasta maker. It comes with 4 cutting heads; 2mm, 3mm, 4mm and 9mm. I bought it to make udon noodles. It does a fine job. Since I do not read Japanese, the instruction manual/recipe book was not that helpful but the use of the machine is easy to figure out. I rated it at 4 stars rather than 5 because all of the pieces are plastic. It is easy to disassemble for cleaning though you have to make sure that you don't reverse the orientation of the cutter blades.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
