It's good
The instruction are not the clearest, the bottom of the sand pit is a thin piece of felt that your supposed to put down on the floor and just rest the sandpit on top, as soon as my son sat on a side of it a little bit heavy (as 4yr olds do) , it tilted and sand has came out from under it.. also needed to cut the roof material to copy instructions. So I have had to buy a bit of wood to screw on to use as a floor and have stapled the felt to the new floor, now it is up, it is perfect for my kids.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Horrifically designed
Bought so the roof can go up and down with ease to keep it safe for the children. It does not go up and down with ease, there are no runners as one might expect, instead it is a nut and bolt which you use to hold it up and then loosen to have down. This also leaves two things arriving up so it catches in the wind. The roof middle plank broke whilst putting it together so we've had to fix it with a piece of wood of our own. It's cheap, which is why I was attracted to it, but am now wishing if spend a tad more and got something that's not going to break beyond repair within one summer.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
