JDC Motorcycle cover
After purchasing this cover weeks ago I finally put it to use after I’d finished my bike renovations. What can I say, this is an excellent product! I have previously bought Oxford covers and payed over the odds for them to allow my bike to collect rain and rust. No more! The cover is heavy, highly elasticated and the perfect size and length for my Suzuki VS600. I highly recommend buying one of these over oxford. Motorcycle Cover
Although this cover looks nice and is good quality, it is advertised as large but is not. I have a medium sized Honda motorcycle and it doesn't fit at all. Under cover
As my motorcycle has to live in the street 12 months of the year, a good cover is very important. My 800 Vulcan Classic with small panniers uses a large size. They fit well, even over the mirrors but they are not cut to accommodate a windshield. Never blown off though the one problem i have had is cat's claws making little holes in it. Should be good for the job!
Light, fitting size is good, although the elastic, I feel, is too strong around the bottom edge and care is needed not to damage it, or anything on the motorcycle when putting it over; it also forces the cover into greasy/oily areas, such as the chain. A bit awkward putting on because of the strength of the elastic. Been in plenty of rain so far; doing the job fine so far. 100% waterproof. Great value.
Lightweight but totally waterproof. Unlined so beware of hot exhausts. My only moan is that the elastic base is very tight and snags on absolutely everything when fitting or removing. Great price and would never blow off even without the securing strap. I had the deluxe model with aluminium and fleece lining from the same company and it was great for a year until some street rodent stole it. This is a great budget cover and does it’s job. I keep my bike outdoors at all times so I will also buy the better spec one that has lining and adjustment for the elastication. Fits my VFR Perfectly
Bought a large cover and it fits my VFR800 Fi perfectly, because of the elastic waist all around the bottom you don't really need the good chunky belly strap. The material does feel thicker than the last cover, and it certainly looks like a quality item costing 2x as much. The only slight downside is that it's not ''breathable'' and makes no claim to be, to be fair. I'm not sure how ''breathable'' these other less expensive makes really are. But it does have two vents at the bar ends which should provide all the air it needs. I think I'd rather have this good quality thick material, with vents, than a thin, maybe ''breathable'' type. So actually not a downside at all!! Also has two nice fabric-lined lock holes front and rear, so much better than the metal rings that always clunk your paintwork. One design comment would be, why isnt the top surface finished in silver to reflect the sun and heat. But really very pleased overall.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
