I used this years ago when I was unwell with CFS and am choosing to use it again now over a 3 month period to ensure my gut health is good as I find this significantly affects how I feel overall. I find I feel significantly better taking this, in my energy, am less bloated and heavy, and clearer in my thinking and more positive.
