Feels a bit off..
The first few seasons are different with them using their Japanese names like Usagi and Mamoru.. Then they went to the cartoon network version for the season with Dr Tomoe and Hotaru where they used names like Serena and Darian.. So that makes it feel off.. Plus, Usagi/Sarenas voice is very annoying in that season.. Other than that, it's not a bad guy for 35 bucks..Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Bad video quality, not worth the money
The outside of the box set is beautiful but the discs are individually wrapped and they all look exactly the same, so you have to guess which disc contains which seasons or movies. The quality of the video itself is not as good as the Hulu version and the english subtitles are wrong. I’m very disappointed in this box set, if you are looking to watch the sailor moon series I would just get Hulu and buy the movies individually.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I spent hundreds of dollars in the 90's on VHS fansubs of the whole series. When the official DVD versions came out, they were way too much money. This set is obviously an incredible deal. Note that the dub is not the original Dic dub (as awful as it was, there was something special about it). The dub is much truer to the original script. Also note that sometimes, subtitles are missing. Just randomly. A sentence here or there, a short scene occasionally. It doesn't bother me - you can just switch over to the dub for that part if you really care. I'd say about 3% is missing subtitles. This has made me so happy as an adult who spent so much of my childhood obsessed with Sailormoon.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
