It's functional eventually.
There were some bumps getting this card activated. I needed to have an internet connection before I could activate this sim to get data. I had to email the support team, they responded within a couple hours in the middle of the night, so I wasn't waiting like 12hrs to get this thing going, but it would have been nice to stick it in my phone and have it work. May be fine but did not work for me
