Good, but not great!
Easy enough to put together, but be careful not to overtighten the nuts as you'd probably pull the threaded rods out of the legs which are essentially 'solid' MDF type wood. I suspect that after a while of being pushed back when standing up from the piano, it will stress the legs and cause them to crack, split and fail in due course. Only time will tell... The underside of the seat had lots of scratches on it as though the height adjuster mechanism had been fitted by a child or in a rush (see photos). To be fair, the rest of the seat was well packaged and in first-class condition, so I am being fussy about his aspect. I know this won't be seen, but this is not what you'd expect from an £80 seat. And that is the crunch, I expected that for double the price of some almost identical benches on eBay (or two-thirds the price of some others, e.g. Roland RPB-500PE), I expected better quality and feel as though a cheaper seat would have given the same features, look & quality for less money.
