Very Disappointing
First of all the software product key written on the back of the instruction manual didn't work and after inputting this only part of the software browser and plug-ins would install. I was unable to play any format of music file in the managers music player and therefore had no ability to create and enqueue music playlists. Yes the database did allow me to enter artist, album, release year info etc but play history statistics and Mp3,M4A,aac file sampling rates will not show. The only real plus side of the software install is the full use of the music libraries database and also full use of the help topics. All else being it was an utter sham.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
