good for hard use
Long Term: I would say this is by far one of the best deals in the knife world. It is a bargain at this price and so far every spyderco I have purchased has been "sharper then any other brand". I have many blades some costing 5 times as much like my Sebenzas or ZT's but for a simple blade that I would use in a defensive situation or stuck on an island I believe I would chose my PM2. It is not as flashy as some of my others, but it's just a great knife, good build quality, and again every time I buy a Spyderco I know that I wont have to sharpen it when I get home. That is just my two cents. I posted a few pictures of mine how it came, Scary Shaving Sharp, and a very safe lock up that I would trust for hard use.
