Condition:
This gorgeous pattern is for a long sleeved smocked dress with picot edging for a baby girl / toddler. The dress was originally knitted in a choice of 4-ply yarns, which are now discontinued, however, you should be okay with a modern 4-ply, but work your tension square and change needles (or ply) if necessary to obtain the correct tension stipulated in the pattern.
