Works as intended, however I recommend anyone thinking about taking this to do their research as every human body is different. Some desired effects may take longer or produce better results than others. The effects on me are noticeable going from literally nothing to slightly bigger than an AA-cup within a four month period of a consistent twice-a-day regiment as per instructions. It has had the effects of a laxative at times, but nothing severe or inhibiting. I plan on purchasing a higher milligram dosage since the current 500 mg has had no negative side effects for me.
