I rate this set a 20 if anybody reads this please dont get it confused with the one thay says copper This set will be your last set you will ever need to get. REALLY YOU WONT GO WRONG!!!! Primary pan has food stuck so badly I cannot get it off.
Pan worked flawlessly for about a month and had a few dozen cooks on it. Not sure what happened but one morning the eggs just stuck to it. I do not know what I did differently. They are so stuck on the pan it is like they are glued on to the surface with some miracle bond that would make the makers of gorilla glue jealous. Impossible to think that this seems to be a common theme. I have soaked it in olive oil trying to get it to come off. Very good craftsmanship, elegant look and functional. The claim about food not sticking to the pans, if frying without oil or not enough grease, is not true. These pans will burn the food and you will have a hard time cleaning them afterwards. I would say this is the only downside, in my opinion and, be mindful of grease. Worth Every Penny
Very satisfied with this product. It is well worth the money. I was worried that the metal handles would get hot, but they do not- they stay perfectly cool when cooking on the stove. The nonstick titanium ceramic interior is fantastic and works exactly as advertised. The thickness of the pans are not super heavy duty like top of the line cookware, but they are not thin and cheap, either.
