Cheap Sticks, but they Do the Job
I'm a bit of a novice walker and cannot fully use one of my legs so I bought a pair of these walking poles to help me, and they have. I didn't want to pay out a lot of money on something that I was not sure would be of any benefit to me and so I bought these poles. I was pleasantly surprised at how much they helped, not only with pace but maintaining a rhythm and good posture. I will probably get another set of fixed length poles but these poles are adjustable and so have been great for finding out the ideal length for me.
