Horrendously packaged
Hat itself is a cheap quality, thin felt bowler hat, not velour as advertised. It also has a poorly stuck on black ribbon. I received the hat screwed up and squashed in a battered and holy paper jiffy envelope. The hat is creased and misshapen as a result of this poor packaging.
