Works just like they should
Am really enjoying Shimano indexed shifting again. Took some time to jet the cable tension correct. Using with a complete 7400 8 sp system

Dura Ace 7400 shifter exterior is scratched from a wreck and crusted from exposure
The Dura Ace 7400 shifter works great (my old one wouldn't down shift) but the patina on it leaves a lot to be desired.
