Great entry level kit !
The snap together kits by Pegasus are a great entry level kit for a beginner modeler. The parts are well detailed so the planes look very nice when completed. The plastic parts come with no flashing so very little trimming of parts are required. The kits also include the markings for the planes in sticker form and water slide decals so different levels of builders can use them. The finished kit is a good size too . I have purchased many of the planes from the series for my son who has really enjoyed the model building experience .Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

My 7 year olds first model. Two Thumbs Up.
The 1/48 Bf109 G-6 kit from Pegasus contained 25 well cast and cut parts that fit extremely well together. My son say this kit online and said he wanted it. When it arrived he started it and was a having a great time fitting the snap together parts together. Pros - Great casting and good fitting parts. Excellent features and easy assembly. Comes with both sticker style and water slide decals. Easy to follow directions. Does not need glue. (But I would suggest some minor glue be used on engine exhaust.) Cons - Only problem we experienced was with the propeller fitting properly. The prop cap was not fitting well into the prop base. I would say to sand the prop base down and glue the two pieces together and fill with putty, sand and paint. Propeller spin is very loose so add a small fitting washer to back side of propeller to fix. That's it,Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
