I was skeptical at first, but I bought this deodorant creme years ago on a whim. It works unbelievably. I don't go the whole week but instead use it twice weekly and after a short period of time it really works well. It smells lovely, as a French deodorant should, and no matter how hot it is or how many miles I run I never have underarm odor and rarely sweat. My friends don't really believe me but they should. It's not cheap but it lasts forever considering how little you use.
Pros: Mild, great for sensitive skin. Smells good
Cons: only works for me if I apply it daily. If I apply only at bedtime, I will have to reapply in the morning because it will not last through 24 hrs. Basically, it's great for about 12-16 hrs, then it will fail. I have to apply morning and night to get the full benefits
I may continue using it in the future, but apply it like a regular antiperspirant twice a day, simply because it does not irritate sensitive skin.
I have underarm Hyperhidrosis or excessive sweating + odor
Anxiety was a living hell.
I used Perspirex for over a year and it reduce sweating about 95% but in public places I was still feeling moist and I was concern about smelling.
About a month ago I stared using a new treatment for HH that is called Vichy 7 days, after 3 applications I had dry results.
I apply a little bit every night on clean and dry skin.
Vichy doesn't irritate the skin or feel itchy.
This are other treatments that I tried before Vichy.
For Hyperhidrosis I tried
Odaban
Certain dri
Antihydral
Hypercare
Perspirex
Home made underarm iontophoresis.
For odor I tried
Lemon juice
Baking soda
Milk of magnesia
Vinegar
