Typical MDF layout with many photos, walk arounds, colour artwork, builds of a number of kits and 1/48 scale plans.
There is also 'understanding the subject'- a breakdown of the main differences between the various marks. This is my only criticism of the book as a couple of mistakes have crept in, e.g. no LTMTS shown on the GR 1B and the on the F2 it does not point out that it was not until the 19th production A/C that the airframe was extended.
These minor quibbles aside it is an excellent reference book and wholeheartedly recommend it
I fell down the stairs last August and broke my back in two places. I have spent a considerable time in the Bristol Royal Infirmary,as a result. Since discharge, I have spent most of my leisure time drawing modern jets. I have found this book to be invaluable to help. It is an excellent product and very highly recommended.
