Delicious and SO good for you...
Delicious stuff and SO good for you. Try a big 3D teaspoonful in a cup of boiling water with milk (as you would make a cup of instant coffee) or all boiling milk for a superb warming drink, better than Horlicks! A definite must-have for the grey winter months.
