He is very pleased with this phone
I bought this phone for my father who is hard of hearing, previous ones had boasted of clarity and volume which he definitely needed, they didn't deliver...……!, however I decided to try this one for him, he is delighted with it, now all I need is to get him to use all the functions.....but at least he can hear people talking to him again, and make phone calls instead of putting it off

In Boost mode, an echo is heard and you cannot use it, you can hardly understand the call, so the 40 db in amplification are useless
