Pondtec 3500 pump .
This is the the 2nd pump of this type that I have purchased. Its predecessor lasted nearly 4 years used 24/7 /365 to pump water to vortex and 3 Bay filtration system (Shoreham Fibreglass) for a large Koi Carp Pool. Failure was due to intermittent electrical tripping and finally instantaneous r.c.d trips probably due to water ingress. Compared to previous Oase pumps that I have owned , which were resin cast and very durable and serviceable , their successors have been very much a throw away item.
