Ease of use and a fraction of the oil other fryers need.
Gets the job of deep frying done with minimal oil. It's capacity limits usage to cooking for only two people - and maybe a small child. But it is quick to set up and easy to use and cleaning is a breeze. And works way better than my Philips Air Fryer which probably will never be used again.
