Historical Fiction with contemporary storyline. LIKED it a LOT! Would Recommend to Kristin Hannah/Jodi Picoult/Kate Morton readers.
The dual storyline was easy to follow...loved the character development, although this author did not make each character so loveable it was easy to do. Generally, a great story, bordering on literary rather than just a good summer read, which it is that, too. Reminded me of Kristin Hannah without the serious depressive moments.
