This Blutune6 radio has exactly the same specifications as the Blutune5 model and the supplied manual covers both models. The main difference is the cabinet design and the price - this model is cheaper. This model is well made with large easy to read display on the top, two internal speakers and supplied mains power adapter.The radio also runs on 6 D size batteries at £10 a time but the battery life is very long. The sound quality for a portable radio is excellent and treble and bass controls are accessible via the menu. There are alarm,snooze and sleep options available and a stereo headphone socket on the back. The radio is very easy to set up and is a decent physical’size which enhances the sound quality without the cabinet ‘buzz’ suffered with cheaper radios.
