.Scan and Fax
Plug and play with operating system. If using windows 10, first install Acrobat Reader DC. Older Windows versions work fine. Microsoft blew it in Windows 10. I first tried to fax without Acrobat Reader DC. Error code required files to be converted into a TIF type file. Tried different file types with same error when using the Windows 10 Fax and Scan feature. Searched the web and found many Windows 10 users had similar failures to Fax. Quick fix was to install free version of Acrobat Reader DC. I changed my JPEG scan file to PDF and had complete success. I also tested with a friends remote location for send and receive.
