Not for Packed or wet sand
This stand should work better in loose sand, but it did not work on. Wet or packed sand. We go to Surfside Beach on the Texas gulf coast and it was difficult to “drill” into packed sand. Shoveled and place the anchor and then packed sand around it but, in so doing, it had no retention. Worthless in 20 mph winds.
