Great unit for what it does.
l had one of these for 35 years, it finally gave up the ghost and died….so I got this replacement it was like seeing and old friend when I got it..great for relieving sinus pressure. Also great for relaxing Temples if you have a migraine..this one is the same model that I had. The motor is in the upper wand handle. Some of the molds, look the same, they are not, they have the motor in the head end…this makes it really loud and obnoxious to use..the good mold has no vent holes in the white collar of the head end.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Power is very weak

Loud but Working.
It works but it sounds like a B52 on takeoff. I am sure something was lacking in order for it to make this sound. It does the job it you are deaf or can abide the noise.
