Works well
My dog has had dry eyes for years and I have to clean them out especially first thing in morning. Used to use optimmune,very expensive but vet finally said use a gel to coat eyes instead and it works fine! But her eyes still need cleaning first and I find this sterile water is the best thing rather than hypermellose eye drops ( although I use those as well in day; she produces little moisture for eyes herself) ).
