I had the battery installed by a local repair centre and after 1 week seems to be fairing pretty well. Not sure if it lasts quite as long as a factory fitted battery of the same power but certainly does the job and I now don't have to charge my phone 3 times a day. Note 5 bettery - will it cure my naff note 5?
I may have to face up to the fact that I either have the msot power hungry phone on the planet, or that every single battery I have bought, are just useless. I bought my Note5 from ebay and the battery lasts just over half day... Less if I try actually using the phone. As it is sealed, I decided that since it cost me £350 used, I will get a proper shop to do a proper job on replacing it and £50 later, I am wondering if they even did replace it... Its no better with a brand new phone. As its the Note5, Samsing, never officially released it in the UK and they wont touch it. No surprise. Anyway, I thought that this phone is useless like it is and so I bought this battery and replaced it myself... It was easier than I thought but still, its no good. I also have a Note 3 and that bettery lasts me all week, I have wifi bluetooth and GPS on 24/7 and I only ever charge it up once a week and even then, I have not gone below 15% charge. The Note 5 however I would ONLY be able to use properly, if I have it on charge all the time I am not using it. So, do I rate the battery? I cannot. If your Note 5 normally lasts longer then maybe this battery will help, but its not helping my note no matter how little I use it, and Power saving is ON and I have disabled WIFI BLOETOOTH and GPS and I have ZERO apps in it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Once installed and conditioned (3-4 full discharge-charges) the new battery gives full life for the phone. I can't judge whether it is genuine oem battery just from the encasing and stickers, but it looks well made, thus good chance it is. Because the cover is water sealed with glue is difficult to remove. Then you have over a dozen tiny screws to remove and need to dismantle guts of phone to reach battery.
