Since beginning this 4-5 months ago I can feel and see the difference. My hair was falling out in clumps and it was scary and difficult to cover during social situations....I had clumps of hair left in my comb after every washing. The change is amazing. Persistence!!!!
Ok. I've been taking this for over a year and a half now. Didn't really think it would help, but i bought a three month supply anyway to give it an honest try according to the directions. After three months, new baby hairs started growing in! Now those hairs are about four inches long and i had to get a haircut so they blended in with my original past-the-shoulder-length hair. I have also noticed, the hair on my underarms and legs also grows faster than it used to! Take before shots of your temple area and hairline. Then again at three months. I faithfully took a tablet upon waking in the morning and then another at bedtime. It'll be a while before ALL of the length comes back that i originally had, but I'm still grateful for the results! I have wondered why some tablets are small and some are about twice that size, too, but overall I'm very pleased with the results! The photos on left are May of 2018, the right are today (5-28-19). As you can see, the hair is in much better condition, too. I started using Aveeno Apple Cider Vinegar shampoo and conditioner, but again, you GOTTA follow the directions for it to work for you!!!
