It actually tastes great! High quality protein that mixes well.
Unjury is the most reasonably priced, high quality, medical grade whey protein isolate that you can buy. Just as important, they are easy to mix and taste great! How do I use Unjury throughout my day? I use a scoop of Chocolate Splendor or vanilla in my coffee that I drink on my way to work. I love Bloody Mary mix, so I make my own non-alcoholic version using unflavored Unjury with spicy V8 (actually I like my spicy store brand better) and season to taste. I have not had my gastric bypass surgery yet, so I will often throw a couple of stalks of celery in the container and a few green olives, so I have something to nibble on for lunch. Later in the afternoon, I have a strawberry (Unjury) lemonade (Crystal Light) or chicken soup (Unjury) pick-me up. Then, I eat dinner with my family. Using this method, I have lost 25 pounds in the last four months. Personally, I am not a huge fan of the chili flavor, although I really like spicy foods. I think I have not quite found the right combination for me. A scoop of chili and a scoop of chicken mixed together seemed much better. The instructions say to make sure that whatever you add any of the flavors to is under 140 degrees F. I have not had any troubles with coffee straight out of the maker. Plus, Unjury mixes quite well with very cold water too.

Unjury has a great taste along with high protein which makes it excellent for a meal replacement. Unjury is highly recommended after stomach and other surgeries. I like how it blends/mixes easily. The great taste makes it easy to consume.
