Excellent, Good-value, Heater unit - Recommended
This is a small, but very reliable, Electric Fan Heater unit. In itself, the product is 100% fine, being virtually identical to my old previous Daewoo Heater which expired a few weeks ago, hence this new purchase. My only notable development from before that I noticed with this new model is that the electric cord / cable is now slightly shorter than my old model. This meant at first I could no longer just plug it in where I used to, as the cable wasn't long enough anymore. However, I must stress this is a very very minor product point, and one I corrected very easily, and exclusive to my own house circumstances as the electric points are a bit higher up on the wall than most. Overall, I would recommend this product 100%, especially if your wall sockets are at a more sensible height than mine.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Could be better
The control dials are a bit too small and fiddly and set too close to the heating source, so there is a danger of being burned as you try to switch it off. I cannot get used to the temperature controlling aspect - it either switches itself off when it decides it is too warm or it blows cold air - neither of which is what I want, so this is still a work in progress. Fast and hot heater!
This heater is absolutely brilliant! I have used a few different heaters in the past (mainly oil filled radiators) These give out instant heat unlike oil filled radiators which take a long time to heat up. The thermostat is accurate and saves on the electric bill. All of this for just £10; what a bargain. I would definitely buy again. The only downside (and this is being really critical) is that it's slightly noisy. Having said that though, this doesn't bother me - it's just white noise. Once the room you're in is hot enough it will turn on and off intermittently anyway and you'll soon get used to the noise. I would also like to add that I think the fan only function is great as it doubles up as a fan for the summer. Finally, this heater features a brilliant safety mechanism where it will switch off when the heater isn't level; genius!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good value for the money
All the control knobs are on the front and easily accessible. The knobs feel sturdy and not flimsy and that they might break at any moment. The handle on the top makes it easy to pick up and move and to easily turn around. The only down side is the fact that having brought two they both smell as if the plastic they are made from is getting too hot. Not burning as such but a smell of hot plastic. Having had them for a week and a half they seem to be getting slightly better and having brought two I know I have not brought a faulty one that needs sending back, as they both smell the same and are curing at the same pace. This is a little bit more than burning the newness out of it, as after nearly a fortnight they are still smelling, but having just put the heater on just to make sure of my facts and as I type this review it is a lot less noticeable. There again it just depends on how often you are using the units. The one in the kitchen we use more frequently than the one in the living room we use to just push the warm air around for a few minutes. So if you buy one just realiser it's going to smell for awhile and is not in danger of going up in smoke. Good considering its size
