Bought these as recommended by someone to help with restless legs I wasnt very optimistic at first as I had tried the tonic water with quinine in but didn't touch my legs this time....so I bought some of these. Low and behold once they had gotten into my system i take one in morn and one early eve I've had alot of relief and some sleep at night. Very happy with this product

These Magnesium tablets are a first rate product which really have helped with my night leg cramps. They are 500 mg which are higher than most shop bought products. Since using Lindens Magnesium Tablets, I no longer have night cramps in the legs. I have suffered on and off since Crampex tablets were discontinued some years ago. I now take Lindens Magnesium tablets daily and have been doing so for a number of months now, so I believe this prevention is the best way forward and would recommend them. The only downside is they are not small, (1 cm wide and half that deep), so you need a big gulp of water to get them down - but I consider this a small penalty to pay for the relief gained. (I guess they could be broken up). They are reasonably priced, too.
