Got these for my husband who suffers with Rheumatoid Arthritis and type 2 diabetes. First pack seemed to help him, so ordered another pack Seem to help with his knees, and also uses his splints less. I can't normally swallow tablets, but these are very small. Great little tablets, even I can swallow them!!!! Nothing wrong with me, but at this price they are worth taking!!! Well priced and easy to use
Summary - I've given these five stars and have said that they are good quality - I have no way of knowing for sure if that's true - they seem to be, and I would say give them a go as they're very good value. As with all supplements of this kind an element of trust is required. I'm not a scientist and obviously haven't analysed the content of these tablets. So I'm trusting that they contain what they say they do on the packet - as I would if I bought them from Holland & Barrett, because who really knows for sure? The tablets are small and easy to swallow. They smell like Turmeric. And will stain your hands if you hold them tight for a minute, so they seem to be what they say they are. Do they work? I can't say at this point. I have used more expensive versions and I'm not noticing any drop off in well being from using these versus the more expensive variety, but also can't say I'm feeling greater benefit. Is it me or does it work.

At Last: A Painkiller That Actually Works
I have had severe back pain for more than 8 years and have tried so many painkillers I'd practically given up hope that anything would help me regain some semblance of a normal life. Easy to take and effective
I have used other kinds of turmeric with black pepper treatments before and have still been left with an ache. However, I was recommended this product by family members. It is much easier to take (small pills rather than big capsules), it also alleviates aches and pains for much longer. best tablets I bought
