Excellent in-place exercise
I wasn't sure how the door is going to cope with the weight of an adult, but turns out it's just fine. Works well for my teenage son's exercises. Works ok for me, if I bend the knees. Pipes can leave marks on the door frame, so be sure to use the door that you don't mind to have some scoff marks. These are practicalities of such a design, not a product.
