My 13 yr old cat has been on these for 2 years. He was diagnosed with arthritis 4 years ago and was prescribed Prednicare, a steroid. Although he still has the steroid treatment, by supplementing with YUMOVE I am able to give him the lowest steroid dose. As these capsules cannot be given whole, being dangerous, I mix them with approx 10-15 ml milk then add egg yolk (from my breakfast soft boiled egg and the contents of a fish oil capsule, and mix it in a very small dish. If he is having a fussy day I then add a small titbit. It seems a mess on but the benefits are well worth it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

One cat eventually used it, the other cat showed no interest. Would not buy again.
I have two cats, neither paid any attention to the caps so I smeared bovril on them then one cat licked them. Once he got the idea he licked them until they were gone which only took a few hours. They had no smell at all so I wasn't surprised they were not interested in them. I was expecting them to be more "natural" I have no idea what they are made of but looked and felt very synthetic. As one cat did use them, I have given 3 stars but I won't be buying them again. They were very small, about the size of a large grape, so I felt poor value. My little Maisie had to have a leg removed which, obviously slowed her down. I was told by the vet that she would need a joint supplement so I purchased theirs well, this worked out to be very expensive so I decided to look on eBay. I’m glad I did, yu move capsules are exactly the same as the vets but at a fraction of the cost. The ingredients are the same and they are identical. A good product.
I needed something for my elderly cat who is nearly 15. He was in pain so I took him to the vet. His blood tests came out okay but he has arthritis. I was a bit concerned about using too much Metacam, so a friend suggested using this powder and it really seems to help as there doesn't seem to be any side effects. Helped my arthritic three legged cat
I have a fairly young cat who sadly had to have a back leg removed nearly 3 years ago but worse, was found he has arthritis in both front knees and now it's got to the point where he shuffles along partly on his bottom. It really upsets me to watch him and I still wonder if I did the right thing as the leg had to be amptutated and if I should have had him put to sleep He has always been a friendly cat but I noticed maybe coincidentally, that after a month of two Yumove capsules a day he seems very happy, purrs alot, is very vocal and rolls over for his tummy to be tickled. I now give him one a day and he seems fine. The only thing I can think is that he was in discomfort before I started the Yumove Here he is on the left with his companion.

I started giving this product to my cat when he had a leg injury and the meds from the vets were not working , he was limping badly. After about 2 or 3 weeks on this product there was a big difference in his limp it had almost completely gone, I ran out of the supplement briefly and his limp started to come back. I now never run out as I truly belief this product is helping both my senior cats. I give this product to my cats with a couple of drops of salmon oil as well.
