Draper torque wrench
Bought this for occasional diy car repairs and in particular setting correct torque for wheel nuts. I can't justify spending £££ on top range tools. This wrench hits the spot for me, easy to use, clearly numbered settings and good quality. Mine came with a calibration cert. so for £30 its a winner for me.
