I found this satnav quite difficult to set up, but the supplier's back up is good and once I got the hang of it It has proved to be very reliable. There are many features which the manual doesn't really cover - but there's plenty of help on line and it adds a little spice knowing that there are more things to discover. I'm occasionally irritated but overall very impressed. I particularly like truck mode when I am towing a caravan. Actually I very highly recommend this little gizmo - but only if you're patient in the early stages of getting to know it.

Great product but it does have a few little foibles. I tried it out on routes I know well and it did instruct me to take some very strange routes; but soon recalculated when I ignored the instruction. The more important one though is the instruction manual is virtually useless. I should think it was translated from Chinese to English using a French phrase book! Some of the instructions are almost impossible to understand. I cannot see why the UK suppliers do not advise the manufacturer (or publisher of the manual) of the correct English language to use. i.e. 'The navigation data might inconsistent with the actual trafficsituation please be subject to the traffics instructions.' (That is how it appears in the instruction manual.)

Good quality for the price, a bit difficult to set up but managed it eventually. Has some good features better than some more expensive models. However doesn't recognize some house numbers when entering addresses but generally very pleased.

Excellent technology and for the money..super! But trying to use as a driving aid, almost hopeless. Far too many unnecessary software features let's the whole product down. Very difficult and confusing to input destinations. Simplify and get rid of orchids all the extra facilities offered anit would be great. As it is I couldn't recommend. Sorry

As a Class 1 multi-drop driver I was a little concerned on purchasing this type of device due to some horror stories I'd heard about performance and reliability. However due to its price I gave it ago and to be completely honest I'm very impressed with it. I've used it for couple of weeks multi-dropping around Yorkshire and it's never let me down. Yes it was alittle confusing at first mainly due to it being slightly different to main stream devices and especially entering postcodes (ask YouTube) but once you set it up to your vehicle and use it for couple of days it becomes very easy.... So as a 20yr+ truck driver I can't recommend xgody 560 enough it makes all main stream sat navs very expensive indeed. One final note if your new to sat navs then I agree with others it may confuse you but YouTube is the answer to all life's mysteries.Read full review

It's a sat nav but it's not overly great -not being negative just honest. I've now used it coming up to 2 weeks and it has created errors that could have cost me my drivers license. If I were to rate it out of a 100 I'd give it 91% and I am being hard being a truck driver it needs to be flawless and direct without leading me up the wrong path or road. As I mentioned it has steered me into weight restricted roads, on to country lanes that have "not suitable for HGV". I bought it specifically to use in my truck, but it would be great for any car user and for which I'd recommend it without question. However, it is not really for truck use that transport Hazzard Materials. Sorry if I'm seem to being negative, I'm not just honest and truthful. The voice instructions are good but you can tell it's not true English e.g. Swindon sounds Swine Don. It's funny but off putting. Other than that it's okay.Read full review

I was shocked how a £34 satnav could do everything a dear satnav would achieve at half the cost. Like others who bought this item the setting up was a bit of a pain only because when following instructions on a touchscreen you have to press on the screen a few times to register then its all simple after that. The postcode setting is perfect and gets you to any destination with clear voice and screen commands so with this in mind have just bought the wife one.superb and fully charged will last over an hour with out any connection and the best feature is it will warn you of mobile speed cameras and traffic jams and give you an alternative route just as quick. Seems OK to me. Turned it on, it works. Not sure how up to date the maps are, but off to France next month so I'll find out I suppose. For all those saying it's hard to use, it really isn't. It's as easy as my old TomTom and has more features. For the money, it's an utter bargain. Buy one!

This Sat Nav was the perfect size and good design however the sat nav doesn’t take you the easiest route to you destination it takes you in wrong directions and almost doubles your time it would normally take you

Cheap and cheerful. Had no problems with it. Can't fathom how to play more than one track in succession using the 'music' feature on it yet. Can't charge it at home- it only likes charging up in the car. Good price for what it is and easy enough to use. In-depth user manual hard to find (XGODY themselves want you to pay to download it but comes with a perfectly satisfactory quick-start and basic guide)
