Love this Lens on my Nikon D3400
Had some eBay bucks to spend so picked this up. I consider myself an entry-level photographer but am picking up information and working through things as a hobbyist and opportunist when it comes to getting photos. Received this lens today and fell in love with it as I now understand the difference in a prime lens with such a large aperture capability compared to my kit 18-55mm zoom lens. That lens has its place for its flexibility but the narrow depth of field control you get with this aperture is extremely noticeable compared to that kit lens. At this price it is a phenomenal deal and the photos are clear. Quite frankly, I wouldn't spend the extra money just for the Nikon name, but again, as an entry-level hobbyist I don't know that I can tell a difference between photos as I researched comparison reviews between this one and the Nikon equivalent online.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
