Perfect, even on hard floors at sea!
I bought this 'mat' specifically to use on the ferry from our island, Isle of Man, to the UK, when accompanying my grandson, Conor, to university. Having driven some 300 miles in the day, to board the ferry to sail back home, this mat was rolled out in the children's play area (as due to Covid, no children were about at 2.15 am and there I lay perfectly comfortable and in an extremely deep sleep, until the vibration of the side props announced our arrival in the port of Douglas, or home, to me. Camping mat blinds
I brought two of these to cut out as window blinds in my microcamper. Cheap enough but won't last, already the foil is pealing off and because they are thin I would not say they would give much comfort to sleep on.

For the price paid this is an excellent lightweight camping, yoga mat with the added bonus of of the aluminium backing to prevent damp intrusion. I must admit I wasn't expecting much for the price but I was pleasantly surprised.
